Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone-Based Billing
All projects are billed on a milestone basis. You only pay for milestones you have explicitly approved. No payment is charged without your prior approval through the client portal.
2. Refund Eligibility
Before milestone approval: No charges are made, so no refund is necessary.
Approved but not delivered: If we fail to deliver an approved milestone within the agreed timeline, you are eligible for a full refund of that milestone.
Delivered milestones: Once a milestone is delivered and marked as paid, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through the dispute resolution process.
Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please use the "Request Revision" feature or open a dispute before requesting a refund.
3. Revision Requests
During the verification phase, you may request revisions to any milestone. The number of included revisions is specified in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed as a separate milestone.
4. Dispute Process
Open a dispute through your client portal on the specific milestone in question.
Describe the issue in detail. Include screenshots or examples where possible.
We will review the dispute within 5 business days and respond with a proposed resolution.
Resolutions may include: additional revisions at no cost, partial refund, scope adjustment, or full refund.
5. Project Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time with 14 days written notice.
Upon cancellation, you will be invoiced for all completed and approved milestones.
Work-in-progress on the current milestone will be prorated based on completion percentage.
All completed deliverables and source code for paid milestones will be handed over to you.
Unpaid milestones will not be started or delivered.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through Stripe. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
